Our Saints Powerlifting Team competed at their first meet in Winnipeg this past weekend and it was a great experience all around! Despite their early nerves, the athletes performed well and grew in confidence gaining valuable experience.
The Weightlifting Club is new to TA, beginning this past fall. It is a unique club to the region and we are excited to see it grow in the future!
